Solid Converter PDF is a program that converts PDF files to Word files.

If you're in need of conversion software on a regular basis, it's hard not to recommend Solid Converter. It does exactly what it claims to do - and does it well. There are no bells and whistles here, nor is there any kind of complex interface that you'll have to puzzle through. Solid Converter just does its job, and gives you a nice Word document without any of the weird formatting changes that tend to come with converting a file from PDF to Word. It's nice to know that the software you use actually does its job.

There are two minor flaws in Solid Converter that make it a little less than perfect. If you download the free version of the software, you'll have to deal with a watermark on converted documents. This looks less than professional, and it ruins the entire point of converting the document. If you go for the full version, you'll have to pay around eighty dollars - a very steep price for a program that most people won't use more than a few times a year. One way or the other, you'll be put in a position that you don't want to be in.

If you convert files from PDF to Word on a regular basis, Solid Converter is a great choice. If you have a tight budget, though, you may want to look elsewhere. While there's always a chance that you can find cheaper software elsewhere, it's good to know that there's at least one program that you'll definitely be able to use. Solid Converter will always be available for you to use.
